From there, you can test your market, mailing out flyers to 100 mortgage leads at a time. You’ll want to aim for a 10 percent conversion rate, which means 10 sales. If you’re not getting the sales you’re looking for, you can consider changing your flyer or even thinking about whether your mortgage leads were worthwhile to begin with.
